The evidence is in: Carmelo Anthony REALLY does not like it when you say his wife tastes like Honey Nut Cheerios.
According to unconfirmed reports, that is what Kevin Garnett said to the Knicks star during their game Monday night, prompting an on-court tussle that spilled outside of the arena when Anthony waited for KG outside the Boston team bus.
And now TMZ has posted footage of Anthony and Garnett barking at each other in Madison Square Garden.
The words are difficult to decipher, but the bleeps make it clear they aren't sharing their favorite potato gnocchi recipe...
The two eventually patched things up on the phone, both sides claim.
But what did Garnett yell at Anthony that led to this altercation?
"It's certain things that you just don't say to men, another man," Anthony told reporters. "I felt that he crossed the line. Like I said, we're both at an understanding right now, we handled it the way we handled it. Nobody needs to know what was said behind closed doors."
In other words: KG totally talked badly about Anthony's wife.
