Last month, we learned that Michael Phelps is engaged to Nicole Johnson.
No one was more surprised by the announcement than Taylor Liane Chandler, Dana Shapiro, Keshia Miller, and the several other women who say they were romantically involved with Phelps at the time that he decided to settle down with Johnson.

Petro recently spoke with the National Enquirer, and the tabloid even gave the 36-year-old sex worker a polygraph test to substantiate her claims.

Petro added that she generally doesn't allow clients to masturbate, but decided to make an exception for Phelps.
She also says that Phelps had a string tied around his genitals for some reason.
